A Farm stay style bed & breakfast

the work

On the ranch, wwoofers learn organic gardening and rotational pasture, livestock management. Wwoofers spend 4-6 hours a day, 6 days per week, helping us to achieve a model ranch with a focus on sustainability and animal welfare

what's a wwoofer?

World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms, or Willing Workers on Organic Farms, is a global non-profit organization which links traveling volunteers with a comittment to learn, with organic farms. Our wwoofers come to us from all over the world. FlipJack Ranch hosts 2-4 wwoofers at any one time,

We have both rooms and tent cabin facilities with good beds. We are often told that we have the best food and acommodations of any wwoofing farm!

We also like to have fun. Past wwoofers have made field trips to other farms, hit the nearby beach, learned to paint, cook, and spin wool. They've heard live music, visited local festivals, explored Santa Cruz, ridden horses on the beach, played ping pong and hiked in our forest.
